Welcome to the website of Blue Sky Relief Corp., a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, making donations, or purchasing products, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website.

2. Products and Donations

Blue Sky Relief Corp. sells Disaster Relief Kits ("Go Bags") to raise funds for disaster relief activities. Proceeds from purchases will go toward creating relief kits and related efforts.

3. Warranties and Missing Items

We do not offer any warranties or guarantees for the items sold. If your relief kit is missing any items, please contact us at hello@blueskynow.org within two weeks of the purchase date for assistance.

4. Purchases and Payments

Payments for products and donations are processed through Wix Payments. Personal information required for transactions includes, but is not limited to, name, shipping address, and contact information. Customers may choose to create an account to track orders; if so, your information will be securely stored in a HubSpot database.

We accept major credit cards. All prices listed are in USD.

5. Shipping Policy

Blue Sky Relief Corp. operates only within the continental United States. All products will be shipped from Texas using UPS Ground with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 business days. A flat shipping fee of $20 applies to each order. For rush delivery, please complete your purchase and contact us at hello@blueskynow.org to arrange additional shipping options.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are available for unused products. To request a refund, you must contact us within two weeks of the purchase date and return the unused product at your expense. Upon receipt of the intact product, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount minus credit card processing fees, shipping costs, and a $10 restocking fee per order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blue Sky Relief Corp. is not liable for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from the use of items in the relief kits. We are also not responsible for damages caused by shipping companies during transit.

8. Personal Information and Privacy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of completing transactions. This includes your name, shipping address, and contact information. If you create an account on our site, additional information such as your purchasing history may be stored.

We use HubSpot to store user data securely and will not share or sell your information to third parties, except to analyze user behavior. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting hello@blueskynow.org.

10. Dispute Resolution

Blue Sky Relief Corp. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will post the updated terms on our website, and changes will be effective immediately. Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
